Anxiety, Stress & Overwhelm
Anxiety can show up in many different ways — racing thoughts, difficulty slowing the mind, feeling constantly “on edge,” emotional exhaustion, irritability, difficulty sleeping, overthinking, or feeling overwhelmed by daily responsibilities and expectations.
Many individuals carry stress quietly while continuing to care for others, manage work and family responsibilities, and push through exhaustion. Over time, this can leave the nervous system feeling stuck in a constant state of alertness, tension, or burnout.
Virtual counselling offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe, collaborative, and manageable.
Sessions are tailored to each individual’s goals and may support:
